Our Process
Step 1: Define the goal.
Arguably, the most important step. We’ll go over all relevant details related to your project with you via your preferred method of communication: over the phone or through email. We value your time and know that you may have many questions with limited availability. That’s why we ask that you feel free to ask us anything at this point. We will happily give you detailed answers over the phone, or even send you descriptive responses over email! Communication is key in any relationship. That’s why we believe that our relationship with you should begin by setting the target goal and timeline early on. This helps to eliminate misunderstandings down the road. Initial Consultation over the phone is FREE!
These materials can be anything you have! If you feel that something may help deepen our understanding to make your dream project a reality, we want to see it. PDF documents, architectural plans, site elevations, hand sketches, photographs, reference images, a wish list – anything! Don’t worry if you don’t know what to send us, we will discuss in Step 1!
We’ll send over a proposal within 24 hours of consultation, usually the same day. This proposal will include all project deliverables and timelines, as well as associated costs. Upon approval of the proposal and receipt of deposit, we’ll get started working on your project.
Let the fun begin! This is our favorite part. We will put our expertise to use for your specific project. We will coordinate with you weekly to review progress and track any changes that may occur. We also adhere to strict internal review guidelines. This ensures design intent is met and you are satisfied with the results.
We’ll send over preliminary documents and renders for your approval. Upon approval and receipt of final payment we’ll email you the final documents & renders in full resolution. Please know that we aren’t happy until you are happy. Accordingly, we’ll only collect final payment once you approve of our work.
